About Dr. Adair

Hello! I'm Reagan, and I was born and raised in Michigan.

I attended Loyola University Maryland and majored in Biochemistry. I then returned to Michigan to work as a patient care technician at Origami Brain Rehabilitation Center. That prepared me well to attend medical school at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, MO.

I am passionate about lifestyle medicine and preventative healthcare. I believe good health begins with proper nutrition and regular exercise.

When I'm not caring for patients, you'll find me hiking trails, exploring new restaurants (I’m a self-proclaimed foodie) or enjoying game shows. I'm an avid college basketball and football fan and a classically trained Ballerina.
