Very friendly. Asked good questions, listened reflectively. I really liked Dr. West. I would suggest trying to keep nonverbal/facial expressions friendly and positive. Some facial expressions made me wonder if I said something stupid.
I would return to see Dr. West.

Heather is wonderful. She is professional, thorough and warm. She listens to you and does not dismiss your concerns and discusses options. She takes all the time you need and does not check her watch to make you feel rushed. My husband and I have been her patients for many years. We drive 45 to 50 minutes across town and would not consider anyone else for our health care.

I always feel well cared for at this clinic. Dr. Walker is great. I've seen Dr. Arbus and others, when Dr. Walker was unavailable, and they are all very attentive and thorough.

Heather Whiting has been my PA for at least 20 years and is the best there is…..she is very knowledgeable in the medical field and thoroughly reviews ur medical condition with you ….and takes time to answer all ur questions. Plus she is very genuine, friendly and instantly puts you at ease when consulting with you….I highly recommend her!!,

I have been seeing Heather Whiting since I moved to CO several years ago. Heather is extremely organized. She always starts our appointment by asking me how things are going in my personal life and also asks if I have any concerns. She gives me her full attention each time I see her. When I leave her office I feel I am being very well taken care of.

I have been on a medication with Dr. Jordan for which we set up a blood draw and a consultation appointment to make sure the medication was working for me. The day of my appointment I got a phone call that Dr. Jordan was not able to see me and was it OK if I saw an alternative doctor? I agreed to see another doctor at my scheduled appointment time. An hour later, a female doctor called me and asked me the reason for my appointment. When I told her what I envisioned the appointment to be about, She replied that the correct blood panels were not requested and that the blood draw that I did at Dr. Jordan ‘s office did not include any of the necessary information to determine if the medication was working. Based on the information she had, we decided to continue the medication, even though the side effect was nausea. This alternative female doctor at the office offered to prescribe me nausea medication. I agreed and picked up the medication at the pharmacy. Directions as written by the doctor on the medication stated “ Take two times per day for 15 days.” The doctor did not discuss any side effects with me. After taking the medication for seven days, I was severely constipated. I was unable to defecate, and eventually I was unable to urinate and decided I needed to go to ER. I placed a call to Dr. Jordan ‘s office prior to going to ER and was asked to leave a message. A doctors assistant called me back exactly six days later. I would not recommend this practice under any circumstances, as it has been one error after another, culminating in an emergency health situation.

I see Dr. Linn out of pocket, that’s how amazing of a doctor she is! I tell everyone she changed my life for the better! She listened to me and helped me lose 40lbs, finally sleep, get a handle on my health and made me want to get even healthier after listening to her warnings on some of my lifestyle choices!
The front desk staff can be a bit frustrating to work with, but I’ll deal with that just to work with Dr. Linn and her team.
