About Dr. Allen

Originally from Dallas, Texas, I consider myself a Coloradan born in the wrong place! My wife and I feel called by the mountains and abundant outdoor activities offered in Denver.

I attended the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!) with a major in Biology before going on to study at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, TX.
Internal medicine is my passion because I love understanding the interconnectedness of every bodily system and collaborating with patients who present with diverse medical conditions.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy reading history, following European soccer leagues, and running ; I have completed several trail races, including an ultramarathon.
